Product safety
Safety information for the products we sell, and how to tell us about a problem.
The products we sell are everyday desk stationery. None of them contain batteries or electrical parts. Each product page carries a short safety note for that item; this page collects that information in one place.
General safety information
- Ledgers, notebooks and pads: paper and board products for writing. Not a toy. Keep dry and away from open flames.
- Folders and document wallets: not a toy. Keep plastic wallets and packaging away from babies and young children to avoid the risk of suffocation.
- Desk organisers: not a toy. Some items include small parts that are not suitable for children under 3. Stand on a flat, stable surface; do not climb on or overload.
- Desk pads and mats: not a toy. Keep away from heat sources and open flames.
- Filing boxes: not a toy. Keep plastic packaging away from young children. Lift with both hands and do not stack beyond a stable height.
Identifying a product
Each product has a product code (for example AC-L01), shown on its page and in your order confirmation. Please quote it if you contact us about a product.
Reporting a problem
If a product is damaged, or you think it may be unsafe, stop using it and write to support@arshadacc.shop with your order number, the product code and, if possible, a photograph. We will reply within 1 business day and, where needed, pass the information to the manufacturer and the relevant authority.
Recalls and safety notices
If a product we have sold is recalled or needs a safety notice, we will contact the customers who bought it by e-mail and publish the notice on this page.
