ARSHAD & CO. is an online shop for desk stationery. We list ledgers and notebooks, folders and document wallets, desk organisers, desk pads and mats, and filing boxes — the things that sit on, in and beside a working desk.
Who runs the shop
The shop is run by ARSHAD & CO. ACCOUNTANCY LTD, a private limited company registered in Scotland. Its company details are on our Legal information page. This website sells stationery goods only; it does not offer professional or advisory services of any kind.
How an order reaches you
We choose the products, write every listing, take your order and look after you afterwards: questions, changes, cancellations, returns and refunds all come to us at support@arshadacc.shop.
The goods themselves are packed and sent by our supplier partners, directly to you. That means an order may be dispatched from outside your country, and your country's customs may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. We say so on every product page, in the bag and at checkout, and explain it fully under Shipping & delivery. We do not describe our goods as coming from a warehouse of our own, because they do not.
How we list things
- Every product page states the format, size, paper weight or material we have for it. Where we do not have a figure, we leave it out rather than guess.
- Photographs show the product; pens, lamps and other props in the desk photographs are not included.
- Prices are shown in US dollars, euros, pounds sterling or Canadian dollars, with the currency code beside every price. Delivery is added at checkout, before you pay.
- We only state what we can back up.
