Payment & currencies
How prices are set in each currency, when you are charged and how refunds are paid.
Currencies
Our prices are set in US dollars (USD). You can also shop and pay in euros (EUR), pounds sterling (GBP) or Canadian dollars (CAD) using the currency selector at the top of every page. The currency code is shown next to every price.
Prices in other currencies are converted by us from the US dollar price at fixed rates, currently 1 USD = 0.92 EUR · 1 USD = 0.79 GBP · 1 USD = 1.36 CAD, and rounded to end in .95 or .99. We review these rates from time to time. The price in your bag at checkout is the amount you are charged, in the currency shown; it may differ slightly from a conversion at your bank's rate.
Paying
Payment is taken at checkout using the payment options displayed there. Your card or account details are entered on the payment provider's secure form and are handled by the payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers. The whole site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
You are charged when you place your order. The total at checkout includes the goods and delivery. Import duties or taxes charged by your country on delivery are not included; see Duties & customs.
If online payment is not available at checkout, no order is placed and nothing is charged. You can instead e-mail support@arshadacc.shop with what you would like, and we will reply with the total and how to pay.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method, in the currency you paid in. If your bank converts the refund into another currency, the amount you receive may differ slightly because of its exchange rate.
Promotions
We do not currently offer discount codes. Where a product shows a reduced price, the crossed-out price is the price at which it was offered on this site immediately before the reduction.
